Requested for a window, non smoking room. Was given a smoking room with window. The stench of smoke was still in the room. Requested to change rooms but was rudely told that all their window rooms are smoking. They did change the rooms for us but only after making all sorts of reasons of how difficult it is to change rooms.
They claim it is booked from agoda and in actual fact they cannot change rooms at all for us. They also said they can't guarantee rooms are non-smoking as the guests might smoke without their knowledge. All in all horrible service, but the hotel itself was nice. Rooms were clean and modern. Main thing to fix is the service.
They should just change the rooms instead of whining and making it seem like it is our fault. Overall is good. However, upon arrival, the front desk staff told me to book AGODA earlier as they might have run out of room! I am a frequent traveller and I travel by my car I feel I can have my freedom either to book the room early or late.
If you feel that there's a possibility of the exact room available and the number of room available shown in AGODA website is not tally , please improve your system. I was changed my room! But the second room is Nice and clean. Don't know what happen the room infront of me they keep knock on the door more then half an hour. Some more calling inside people and keep talking… Whole night i can't sleep as well… But except this everything is ok…. Saya booked 2 bilik. Parking is 'first come first serve'. The blanket has few dirt spot, and the bed sheet doesn't look as white as I thought, towel is not clean and white enough, make me feel uncomfortable by using it.
