I am 23 wks and personally miss poke more than anything else : I've only eaten one piece during my pregnancy. I've eaten tuna sandwiches off and on, I love my fish!

But I think the main reason poke may not be safe is because it's raw. It can carry bacteria which you may never notice because our immunities are built up.

Our unborn child's immunity is very weak. Stay strong, it won't be much longer until you can indulge in a poke bowl!
